Mr. Lynd has over 35 years experience in investing, syndication, development and management of multifamily properties. Mr. Lynd was a 1st Lieutenant in the U.S. Army while serving as an infantry officer during the Vietnam War. He holds a B.A. from Michigan State 1966.

As V.P., Mr. Lynd has supervised tens of millions of dollars in capital improvement outlays and coordinated over a half billion dollars worth of investment transactions on behalf of The Lynd Company's clients. Currently, Mr. Lynd is the Managing Director of Lynd Residential Properties, an affiliated investment fund. Mr. Lynd graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration on Finance.
A.David Lynd, CPM® Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Lynd has spent the majority of his career at The Lynd Company, most recently serving as the COO. He has managed the growth of the company from 1200 units to the current size of over 20,000. He is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations over all the managed assets. Mr. Lynd facilitates the collection of over $107M worth of rent collections annually. He graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.A. in Economics/Finance.
SAMUEL J. KASPAREK CPA - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kasparek joined The Lynd Company in December 2002 as the CFO. Mr. Kasparek was previously with Arthur Andersen as an Audit Manager and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Texas. Mr. Kasparek graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas with a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in both Accounting and Finance and a minor in Economics.
